I wanted to provide you with an update on our response to date and our commitment to you moving forward. The health, safety and well-being of our team and clients is NCR Home Inspection’s top priority and we are following the lead of Canadian public health authorities at this important time.

 

During this time, our team is committed to supporting clients and will continue to be available. We have taken a series of precautionary steps to help keep you and our own team safe as we manage through COVID-19 together, including:

• Introducing face masks during all site visits and inspections

• Exam gloves as well as hand sanitizing during all inspections and touching surfaces

• Increased communications and support available by email and phone

• Practice physical distancing to minimize close contact, including exchange of paperwork.

 

To do our part to control this outbreak we are also kindly advising any clients who believe they may have been exposed to COVID-19 or have any recent symptoms similar to a cold or flue (cough, fever, difficult breathing) to reschedule their appointments and consult with their health care provider. As the fight against COVID-19 is constantly evolving, we will keep you updated with any changes we must take.
