The following is provided as a guideline for a typical property (under 2500 sq ft, 20 years old). Please call or email us to confirm rates for your particular property.
Partial inspections to diagnose specific problems are also available. Perhaps your roof has begun to leak and you don't know if you need an entire new roof or just a patch; or perhaps your basement floor is suddenly wet and you can't find where the water is coming from or don't know how to stop it.
